Carol lives with her husband, Jamie, their two kids, Morgan and Ian, and a cat named Fitz. As a family, they enjoy spending time together, playing board games and camping.
Ever since she began working in customer service in 1997, Carol has had a passion for helping others. As she noticed that residents frequently needed help with smaller projects, she began to make that one of Handyman Connection’s primary focal points. While some contractors only take on major remodelling or renovation jobs, your local Handyman Connection team is more than willing to help out with smaller needs, such as plumbing and electrical service work.
Carol’s drive to help others doesn’t stop at construction and maintenance. Handyman Connection has also collected backpacks at Christmas time for homeless youth and supported small businesses that were negatively impacted by the pandemic in 2020.
