• Consultation and Estimate – A new set of floors starts with our customers and a consultation. Our designers and contractors talk to you and listen to what your dream space looks like. We talk about what kind of floor you currently have and what you want from a new floor. We consider your lifestyle, your home's layout, the size of the room, your budget and the design of your space. We also provide a detailed estimate.
• Choosing the Right Flooring – Then, our team works with you to choose flooring options that look incredible. We offer hardwood, ceramic tile, carpet, bamboo, porcelain, marble, laminate and much more.
• Design and Planning – Next, we work on planning the installation and designing other elements of the space, such as kitchen backsplashes, countertops and base trim. We can also customize a look for your room, such as a unique tile design.
• Installation – The installation process starts with our contractors removing the old flooring and putting down new subfloors if needed. Then, our skilled tradesmen start placing the new floor.
• Finishing – Some flooring, such as hardwood, may also need a finishing step to keep it looking brand new and protected from wear and tear. Other types of flooring, such as tile, may also need additional steps like grout application, to give it a finished look.
• Flooring Repairs – If you don't need an entirely new floor, we also offer flooring repairs if there is a spot or section that is damaged. We can fix broken tiles, hardwood boards, carpets or other areas of the floor that are problematic.
