I phoned Handyman Connections to have an electrician move a light switch that had been improperly placed too close to another switch. When Yiftach arrived, he took one look and immediately suggested combining the two switches into one - a perfect idea. I also thought two "safety" wall sockets were broken and asked him to replace them. Instead, he showed me the correct way to insert plugs into these sockets. Yiftach is obviously knowledgeable, clearly very honest, and a very pleasant person to deal with.

We bought a home with an unfinished kitchen and questionable workmanship, so we searched for a contractor to service our kitchen. We found Handyman Connection in Ottawa to be very responsive to our queries and provided reasonable quotes (costs were not overcharged or inflated). The contractor they recommended, Steve Slade, was prompt in providing an estimate and was extremely efficient (time and workmanship). Steve's experience in the industry was invaluable, as he not only fixed our kitchen, but also provided low-cost suggestions to improve the functionality of the kitchen - we now have a fully working kitchen and are super pleased with the work!

Mark from Handyman Connection replaced and extended an existing deck, and added a large floating deck at ground level. He was quick to understand what we wanted and easily adapted to changes we made to the initial design. He made good suggestions, and asked for our input at the right times. He communicated really well, and started and finished when expected. He left the site tidy and usable every day, even reattaching the old stairs after the first day so we could access the backyard in the evening. He paid attention to the details and made sure everything looked good. We're very happy with the results.

Our craftsman Alain was absolutely amazing. Not only was his work fantastic, but he went above and beyond the job, doing extra things for us at no extra charge. He was friendly and a pleasure to have around. I will go back to him and Handyman for any future projects.

I had drywall work performed within my residence over the period of time July 14th through to JULY 19TH 2022. ( A weekend in between.)A satisfactory estimate was provided and accepted for the extent of the required work. The drywall craftsman did a great job and was prompt at the times stated that he would be around to my residence. The work entailed 2 coats of drywall "mud" over a portion of a wall and sanded accordingly. Provided adequate protection over the rug and furniture. Good clean up after his work was completed. The tradesman was truly skilled at what he does and the repair job turned out very well I am pleased with the tradesman's work and will have no qualms of hiring a professional from Hanyman Connections in the future.*****************
