Jorge came to replace broken toilet seat which was not possible because could not remove bolts. Subsequently I discovered that the seat (Kohler) is a quick replace and quick release design. The attachments fit over the existing screw/washer and do not need to be replaced. (Reveal Quiet-Close round front toilet). Information may be useful for future customers with same Kohler design.

Mr Jorge came on time and installed two smoke alarms quickly. He suggested where to install based on fire chief's recommendation. I will use these guys again.
