Even with some issues on the project the team made me feel valued, listened too, and appreciated. Jake is awesome and easy to talk with. Scott was also very kind and professional and we could tell he always gave his best. Jenny who handled all the calls made me feel like we were old friends. Great communication and caring!

The office staff were helpful and courteous, but the real test is the handyman, in this case, Colin, who was creative in finding solutions for tricky problems and extremely competent in implementing those solutions. He was also patient, courteous and interesting to chat with. I would note that I have a had positive interaction with HC before. In that case, the gentleman explained why what I wanted would not work, and suggested a much less expensive commercial solution that has worked beautifully. I have already scheduled another estimate session for a few final repairs and changes before I sell my home. You provide a very, very good service.
