David arrived at our home to provide us with a quote to install baseboards in our developed basement. He kept us informed on his arrival time as well. We were happy with the quote he provided and booking David to do the installation work was a clear process. David arrived at our home as planned a few weeks later to conduct the work. He is very courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable with his work. He completed the baseboard installation even sooner than our expectations and took special care to fit the boards in complicated areas such as around a drain protruding from the wall. He took great care to keep his job site clean and cleaned up any remaining debris when his work was completed. We are very pleased with the quality of the work that David complete for us. After a mold remediation project in the kitchen, I was looking for a licensed, insured contractor to restore the perimeter of the dishwasher space, rebuild the interiors of two adjacent base cabinets, and reinstall the dishwasher and garbage disposal. Handyman Connection of Pasadena was just what the doctor ordered! Jason in the office got me on the schedule right away for an estimate……and Reinaldo arrived promptly the following day to take a look at the job. Reinaldo seemed like he would be very easy to work with……the labor price was fair……and I would pay for materials only what Handyman Connection paid (with no markup). So I went with their proposal……and I’m glad I did! Reinaldo started and completed the job right on schedule. He worked diligently……made suggestions whenever he thought a different approach would achieve better results……patiently answered my questions……and paid close attention to details. My stairs are 20 feet high with a landing in the middle. It is a bigger project than you would think. Andrei came and power washed the deck, sanded it down then stained it with a helper. It was on the sunny side of the house, and therefore hot with stairs against brick in the sun. Andrei stained tops, bottoms, sides, underneath, the 18 foot legs. The difference is remarkable! And my stairs should now survive another 10 years or so before I have to repeat. Very easy to work with, high quality work. I recommend.
