Initially, our experience with Handyman Connection didn't go well. The first assigned advisor for our job we wanted to get done had issues. They were in an accident and could not move forward with our job at the time, but we only found out after calling back to Handyman Connection to further inquire about our job. Sometimes communication between Handyman Connection and the advisors and yourself may not be the best. Our second assigned advisor for the same job was good. He did come in a timely manner and did the work in a timely manner (it was building two steps plus a railing). The overall job was to our satisfaction and we are happy with the results. Though we would likely nitpick over some of the materials used (splits in wood for example), which was totally out of the advisor's control, we feel we will be happy with the completed steps for years to come. So as it can take time and you may have to go through more than one advisor, if you keep at it, you could get the results you want after all.

I reached out to Handyman Connection to replace my wooden laminate floor, and they did an awesome job. They were responsive, listened to suggestions and were willing to work with me on materials selection. It was truly a stress free process. I'll recommend them 1000 times over.
