I recently moved into a new home and although I knew there were some minor repairs to be done the cold weather made replacing the weather stripping and door sweep even more important. I sent a request to Handyman Connection and received a phone call a short time later. Nick explained what I could expect and asked for some photos so he could provide an estimate. A couple hours Iater links were sent that showed exactly what I needed to buy to get the job done. Inclement weather delayed the repair by a day but that was communicated very early and alternative plans were made. Jake went above and beyond completing the job. He could have easily just put new weather stripping on and called it good, but he also readjusted the hinges and strike plate. The door sweep didn’t need to be screwed on but Jake went the extra mile to secure it. He took extra time to make sure the door opened and closed properly. When the work was complete he explained the work he did and noted potential problems I should keep an eye on. I appreciated Jake’s attention to detail and the respectful interactions I had with him and Nick. I have dealt with other tradespeople who did not. The work and customer service provided were outstanding. If other issues arise in my home I know I will be contacting Handyman Connection again.

We were having issues with our exterior doors latching and sealing properly. I called them and explained our issues. They figured they had a pretty good idea of what was going on and sent someone out the very next day. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He had 5 doors fixed in the estimated time and we haven’t had an issue with them since.

Requested a quote to have porcelain tile installed in a basement room and when I asked when the job could be done I was told that they were booking into New Year’s week, and when I mentioned I was hoping to have the installation done by December 20th they were able to accommodate my request. I made the request on Monday, Steve started the installation on Friday, December 13th and finished on Sunday, December 15th. Communication with Steve and Nick was 10/10. I received a notification by text and email when Steve was on his way and he was always on time as scheduled each day. Steve and his helper did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Handyman Connection for future renovations.
