Good morning, I am so sorry to let you know that we have a problem, Steve finished on Friday with (February 14th) My tenant used the shower for the first time on Saturday and noticed a dripping noise coming from the renovated bathroom from the main floor (the newly renovated bath is directly above the main floor bath). She tried again turning on the shower and can hear the dripping noise only when the shower/tub is running or water is draining. I am concerned that there is an issue with the plumbing and have advised my tenants to not use the bath/shower until someone from your company can assess. Do you have someone available ASAP to come look into this? They work long hours and it was tough to be without a shower, i am also concerned about the water leaking, I would like this to be fixed as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with all of the work Corbin had completed in my home. From replacing lightbulbs I couldn't reach, to changing door hinges, repairing the floor, replacing dimmer switches and installing a new light. The work spaces were left clean. Corbin was punctual, informative, and very polite. I was very impressed and will be getting Handyman Connection to help me again in the future:) I would highly recommend this company.
