Experience is very good as always. My only concern is that the quote I got was 50% higher than two other quotes I received. This concerns me because I no longer feel comfortable only dealing with Handyman. I feel now I have to get multiple quotes whereas before i trusted that the quotes i received were fair.

Brett understood that I would prefer to have the old shower set fixed instead of buying and installing a new one. He did his best to achieve that and now I have a functioning shower again. He did a professional job and I am pleased with the work. I also appreciated his pleasant demeanour during the whole process.
