Handyman Connection of Mountain View is committed to providing the highest quality services to our customers. We know that our customers have a choice, and we are grateful for your continued partnership.
For the past several years, Handyman Connection of Mountain View has been absorbing processing and transaction fees related to payments made by credit card. Unfortunately, our costs for credit card acceptance have continued to rise. Credit card rates have continued to skyrocket over the last few years, and more and more credit cards are run with the card not present (phone transactions, etc.). “Card not present” transactions also increase the rate we are charged. The use of credit cards to pay bills has also increased significantly.
Effective April 1, 2023, we will begin adding a 3% convenience fee for all credit card payments. The fee with be added to payments made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover to offset the fees charged by the card companies. In accordance with credit card network rules, Handyman Connection of Mountain View cannot profit from this fee, and it does not exceed our expenses associated with accepting credit card payments.
Payments made by check, electronic payment (ACH/EFT), wire, or debit card will not be charged the convenience fee.
We thank you for your understanding as we implement this fee and offset some of the increased inflationary costs we are all incurring. We are happy to work with you on alternate payment options.

I needed to have my fence repaired. I reached out to yelp for a handyman and after several responses decided to go with Handyman Connections of Mountain View, because they had the best estimate cost. Alyssa did the repair and did an amazing job repairing the fence. She was professional, efficient, quick to solve problems, and the work was quality. I am definitely glad that I chose Handyman Connections for this job.

Handyman Connection was a great company to work with! Ricardo came out quickly and looked at our bathroom remodel project following up with a reasonable bid. Alisha then came to do the work. She was great! She was a pleasure to work with; a good listener, communicator, problem-solver, detail oriented with the appropriate skills and experience to do a great job! And a really kind person. I have a great overall experience with Handyman Connection of Mountain View. Ever since my original request for service, George has been very patient in explaining and answering my questions to clarify my doubts. He is upfront and professional. On the service date Richard came over and he’s also very professional and courteous. He’s very good at what he’s doing. Eventually he’s able to use the original lock of my sliding door with the pet door addition. I highly recommend their service. Now the hard part: train my cat to use the door…

George was very prompt and efficient in responding to the request for a quote. He was thorough in his evaluation of the needs and quickly responded with a detailed quote for the work to be done. Difficulty with the insurance company on paying for the damage resulted in not going ahead with the work. Would, have, recommended George and Handyman to another party.
