Was on time and explained what he would need to complete the job and that he was available for that day.. Cleaned up the area when he was done. Noticed a couple of things that should be done at a later date. Very personable and knew what needed to be done.

Gregory was exceptional! He arrived on time, was respectful of our home and the project. He made sure to understand my vision, asked my opinions, informed me as the process continued, and showed me how to easily adjust the pendant lights' length if we decide later an adjustment would be helpful.
