My husband and I were in a bind on a Friday afternoon when our toilet clogged out of the blue. It was our only bathroom so after calling multiple plumbing companies without success. I called Handyman Connection and got a hold of Rhonda. She took our information and said she would check on something and that she would call me back. She had gotten in touch with Joe who was already off work for the week but he was willing to come over and fix out situation. Joe arrived promptly after calling to confirm information. After only a few minutes he had solved our problem. He said it was slow flushing due to age it had calcium deposits built up over time which caused toilet paper to catch and clogg. He said putting a bottle of CLR in the toilet bowl over night and then in the morning to flush and wait several hours before flushing a second time would fix the problem and to do this once a year to keep the problem at bay. He also said that holding down on the flush handle longer would give a more vigorous flush which would help. This was the third time in three months that we had a clogged toilet and was greatly appreciative of the information. So far so good! Joe was so professional, polite and efficient we couldn't asked for anything better. Sincerely Della Hammond
