While the responsive to my request was great and my discussions with your office were positive I was stunned when I received my estimate for the few things I discussed with the gentleman you sent. I’m not sure if you have the ability to look at the estimate he quoted me, but I believe it was very much over the top. Unless he was planning on spending the day watching tv with me and charging me $100/hr, there is just no way this job would cost almost $800. There is also no way that installing a cat door should cost almost $400. I guess my first question when I talked to you should have been about the rates of pay. My mistake.

This is the second time in the last year that we have used Handyman Connection. Both times we have been very satisfied with our results! Both gentlemen were done in a timely fashion. Both were very clean, considerate, did not cause any damage anywhere, and worked extremely hard to get the job done as promised and on time! Many thanks to Sherry who helped us coordinate both jobs. The first, was truly stressful trying to find a person when the one we booked backed out! Sherry got things going ASAP. Very grateful for "all" of your teams assistance and wouldn't hesitate to refer Handyman Connection again, and again and again! Great job everyone!!!

Handyman Connection was prompt to respond and schedule an estimate. The Handyman who completed the repair (Harold) was friendly, prompt and professional. We were very happy with the repair.
