I had Handyman Connection replace a bathroom fan and a couple of porch lights for me. Communication was awesome from the minute I reached out. It turned out that my bathroom fan needed some attic work because it was so old, but Bob had no issues handling it. He was so kind, on time, knowledgeable and got the work done ahead of his timeframe! Will definitely use them whenever I need a job done around the house!

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were always friendly and efficient on the phone. The handyman, Michael Logue, was personable, did excellent work and kept everything neat and tidy. We were very pleased with the end result.

When I phoned your office I was so happy to talk to someone. Usually now a days you get a robot 🤖 to talk to or they say someone will return your call and never do. Even worse you are forced to do chat as the company doesn't even have a customer service number to call. I phoned and explained my situation and you had a service person out to help me the next day. That's what I call great customer service. Also George your craftsman did an excellent job explaining how he could solve my construction problem with different options. After he was done explaining he was able to fix the issue right away. Thanks for all your help.
