When I phoned your office I was so happy to talk to someone. Usually now a days you get a robot 🤖 to talk to or they say someone will return your call and never do. Even worse you are forced to do chat as the company doesn't even have a customer service number to call. I phoned and explained my situation and you had a service person out to help me the next day. That's what I call great customer service. Also George your craftsman did an excellent job explaining how he could solve my construction problem with different options. After he was done explaining he was able to fix the issue right away. Thanks for all your help.

We had a couple of electrical issues in our home and decided against electrocution and call a professional. Handyman Connection was super helpful in discussing the issues and scheduling an electrician to come out for a no obligation, no cost estimate within a day or two. Bob the electrician showed up, surveyed the issues, gave an estimate and was able to do the work right then. All resolved in under 2 hours and I learned a bit about home electricity by listening and watching. Cost was more than reasonable. We'll use Handyman Connection for sure in the future and if it is electrical in nature hope that Bob is the assigned electrician.
