I’ve called and hired Handyman Connection many times over the past couple years. They are responsive and reasonable and fast. A number of times they came out for a quote and we decided to hold off and it was easy and painless. Many more times we went ahead and it was fast and very reasonable. I manage a couple of large properties and am guessing we have completed 5 or so projects, most recently last week. They are as advertised and I definitely recommend

The craftsmanship if the repairs was top notch. The time spent by owner finding a suitable solution for bench repairs was appreciated. Initial communications with management in terms of estimates for the proposed work was excellent. However, I was disappointed that final pricing was not communicated in advance before being asked for payment at the end of the job. All said, the company offered a refund of one of the late charges and that is appreciated. This was all a communication issue. All in all ... good company management, nice people, with quality workmanship.
