From start to finish Handyman Connection was a great experience. Chastity is a great contact person — arranging someone to come out and see what I wanted done (she took down my list of projects and helped me talk through a few of them), coordinated the best people for the jobs to come out on a schedule that worked for everyone, and made the billing process smooth and easy. Trying came out to the house, looked at each project, asked what my goal was and what mattered to me, and talked through options. Having someone who understood my end goal, and wanted to help me find a way there was great… even better, he understands a budget and isn’t out to spend money just for the sake of throwing money at a problem. Robert did most of my projects, and his work is top notch. Any decision points he brought to my attention at the beginning, and discussed what they meant for the house, for function, etc. Everything he worked on came out looking incredible. Joel did drywall repair that is so good someone else who knew exactly what was removed and how big the patch is couldn’t find where he fixed it! Incredible texture and color match. Every person on this team was so good at what they do they made it look easy — but not so easy I think I could have done these things myself. That is the magic of their work. I walk around my home now, and can’t tell someone had to come in and make changes, their work is seamless and looks original. (Drywall repair, barn door installation, new thermostat, anchoring bookcases to the wall so nicely at first glance they now look like built ins.) I will use Handyman Connection for my future handyman needs, and have already recommended them to others.

Excellent service from Robert and Matthew! Both were patient, detail-oriented, and great listeners. They took the time to understand exactly how I wanted things done. We are very busy so being on time matters - nick showed up on time and ready to work. He was thorough in his process and very gracious. He is a very talented craftsman. I would have marked 10 but felt like there was some deficiencies in communication w billing and the gratuity section on the invoice. I expect the company to pay its people a fair wage and not ask clients for gratuity on top of the agreed upon quotes for work. Also, It was unclear if 100% of gratuity went to the person carrying out the work.

Jonathan did a great job in a timely manner, & took the time to point out other items at my lease house that I may need to address in the future. He was also pleasant & had a good attitude. Well, I would but I don't engage in social media.
