I had a Hue light strip kitchen installation that I thought I could do myself but of course the devil is always in the details. Despite watching many YouTube videos, I just got tired and decided to hire a professional. George came over and installed it perfectly,, the thing that had stumped me for hours he figured out in two seconds. Money well spent in this man’s opinion. Will definitely hire again!

From the very beginning, Chastity was incredibly professional, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way. Her communication made the entire process stress-free. Robert did an amazing job on the exterior door. The craftsmanship was excellent, the work was completed professionally, and the finished product looks fantastic. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. I also really appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the project. Even when the cost came in a little higher than expected, they communicated it upfront with no surprises. That level of integrity means a lot. If you’re looking for a company that is dependable, communicates well, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend Handyman Connection of Austin-Westlake. Working with Handyman Connection of Austin-Westlake was a great experience! I first found them through Thumbtack, but they will now be my go-to first call when I need handyman help. They were very responsive with great communication throughout the process. They managed to fit us in for a last minute need right before the weekend which was greatly appreciated. Trung showed up right on time (a bit early, in fact) and was very creative and diligent in helping us figure out a difficult blinds installation. He was courteous and a pleasure to be around during the whole process and did a great job of completing the job and ensuring everything was working perfectly before he left.

Trey was an absolute delight to work with. Not only did he listen to my concerns and needs but he made valuable suggestions that ended up saving me considerable dollars in materials cost. I will use Handyman Connection again and definitely ask for Trey! Cost was a little steep for the amount of time spent on my project, however.

Matthew and Trey went above and beyond - what I thought was a simple ceiling patch turned out to be a larger HVAC issue, and I really appreciate that they recommended pausing the work and addressing the root cause with a specialist and coming back later when that was all done. This saved me from having to do the same costly repair over and over again, which a lesser crew wouldn't have thought twice about.
