We are very busy so being on time matters - nick showed up on time and ready to work. He was thorough in his process and very gracious. He is a very talented craftsman. I would have marked 10 but felt like there was some deficiencies in communication w billing and the gratuity section on the invoice. I expect the company to pay its people a fair wage and not ask clients for gratuity on top of the agreed upon quotes for work. Also, It was unclear if 100% of gratuity went to the person carrying out the work.

Jonathan did a great job in a timely manner, & took the time to point out other items at my lease house that I may need to address in the future. He was also pleasant & had a good attitude. Well, I would but I don't engage in social media.
