Justin was terrific. He knew exactly what a collapsed shelf required to become sturdy once more. Justin worked efficiently and cleanly. Heavy winter clothing can go back into place immediately. Afterward, Justin examined another repair item and knew instantly that the problem would require a different solution than the one I'd imagined. Adding additional screws was never going to make the steps up to the deck safe for anyone. So, he proposed a new plan after removing the repair charge from the original bid. I appreciated his honesty. I predict I'll have a new and reasonable bid quite soon and the steps will finally be reliable.

Thank you team for your great work! Came in to install outdoor lights for our backyard, and we were really impressed with their fast comms, reasonable price and efficient service. The handyman came on time and was professional with communicating the design of the backyard lights before starting the job. Will definitely call them again for anything else, highly recommend!

We recently had a job we hired Handyman for, when sent a request for review, I only rated (5 star) with no commentary. I feel bad about that. We have used Handyman for various jobs over the past 20ish years and have never been dissapointed. They have always been kind and professional on the phone and the guys that have come out and done work could not have performed better, in our (my wife and me) view. Never had a bad experience with this company. I hope everyone who uses Handyman has very similar experience(s) as we have. We will use them if we have further projects we need done. Gary

Everything went well with blinds replacement at my home. Handyman connection took good care of it and the technician that performed the replacement was professional and did the installation in no time. I’m very pleased with the attention and service.
