We've worked with both Pat and Bill on projects around our old 1920s house in Ann Arbor and both did fantastic work!! Pat helped with creating a custom indoor banister and Bill with outdoor handrails on our deck and front porch. They were very professional, communicative, and listened to our input. Both went above and beyond our expectations with the final products. We'll definitely be reaching out to them in the future for other projects that inevitably pop up on this old home. Thank you!

I used Handyman Connection before and was very happy. I had a need to have my attic ladder repaired before Christmas so I could get all my boxes back to the attic before company so I put together a list of other repairs and called them again. Chris came out the next day and looked at the list. He reviewed what he could do for each repair and provided a quote. He was able to come out a couple days later and worked all day to complete the list. He was pleasant to work with and did a great job. He cleaned up as he completed each repair and showed me what was done. Communicate was top notch. I knew exactly when Chris as on his way and was given a link to track him. I’m very pleased once again with Handyman Connection and the work Chris provided.

This was the 2nd time we worked with this service. Scheduling the consultation/estimate was very easy and quick via online. What we really appreciated about this service was timely and reliable communication. The handyman who worked on our project was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. We had them remove and re-caulk the shower (which was in a pretty bad condition), and the job was done very well. They do up-charge the supplies, but this is clearly communicated upfront (no hidden charges). Updating us with any scheduling changes/issues promptly. This service was very good with all the communications (in a timely manner) and available to do even small jobs (we had experiences with other services when people are not very interested in doing small jobs or communication is difficult/poor).
