Dennis was wonderful- explaining his plan which gave us the opportunity to make judgments of the positioning of the banister at various steps. No dust whatsoever and he cleaned up what debris was generated several different times. Finally the completed banister matches perfectly in style and color the stairways of which it is now a part. The only reason I did give Handyman a "10" had nothing to do with Dennis. Other personnel ignored my instructions to use email or phone messages, rather than texts, resulting in the work being delayed two days instead of being completed 4 days early as I did not see the text offering that opportunity.
