The handyman, Troy Revill, had not seen this kind of issue before, but he listened patiently to our explanation of what happened, and then immediately got to work figuring out the issue and how to fix it. He was able to fix it fairly quickly and explain to us what he did. Very good experience! We have used Handyman Connection before and will use them again.
