With more than 25 years of deep roots in the Omaha community, Rich Miller brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and entrepreneurial drive to Handyman Connection of West Omaha. Rich's journey began in the trades, where he honed his work ethic maintaining and improving family-owned rental properties — a foundation that instilled in him a lasting appreciation for quality craftsmanship and a job done right. From there, Rich expanded his expertise into the automotive world, building and operating his own mechanic shop and developing the problem-solving skills that would carry him throughout his career. Seeking new challenges, he transitioned into the corporate world, where he earned his business management degree and rose into leadership roles, guiding teams and organizations with the same dedication he brought to every trade he'd mastered before.

Throughout it all, Rich and his wife Jill have remained active in property investment, managing rental units and developing a firsthand understanding of what homeowners truly need when it comes to maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. That experience gives them a unique perspective — they know what it means to be on both sides of the work order. Rich is a proud father of 4 and a grandfather of 5 — all right here in the Omaha area. That close-knit, community-first spirit is at the heart of everything Handyman Connection of West Omaha represents. Rich and Jill recognized a growing need for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy home repair services on the west side of Omaha, and they are committed to delivering exactly that — neighbor to neighbor, one job at a time.

Jill Miller is no stranger to building something from the ground up — or to the hard work it takes to keep it standing. A proud Omaha resident for over 30 years, Jill has spent her career serving this community in meaningful ways. Her professional background spans more than 15 years with an international franchisor that got its start right here in Omaha, where she had a front-row seat to businesses launching, growing, and thriving. She also ran her own accounting firm for three years, giving her a strong foundation in what it truly takes to operate a business with integrity and purpose. But perhaps the experience that prepared Jill and her husband Rich most for this venture is the two decades they spent maintaining and improving family-owned rental properties. Managing those properties — handling repairs, coordinating upkeep, and keeping tenants happy — gave them an insider's understanding of home maintenance from every angle. They know what it's like to be on both sides of the work order, and that perspective shapes how they approach every job. Rich and Jill recognized a growing demand for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy home repair services on the west side of Omaha, and they plan to build Handyman Connection of West Omaha to meet that need — with the professionalism of seasoned business owners and the care of good neighbors. As a mother of four and grandmother of five — all right here in the Omaha area — Jill brings a deeply personal investment to this work. This community is her community.
