Jorge Montoya showed up early today (December 15) in the 9-12 window, namely at 9:50 am, to fix my patio doorknob. He was very friendly, informative, and efficient. He showed me the element in the old doorknob that was preventing the knob from opening either from the inside or the outside. He said it could be fixed but might not avoid a similar problem in the future. Convinced the way to go was a new doorknob, I gave him one I bought two days ago at Home Depot just in case fixing would not do the trick. Jorge installed the new doorknob swiftly and efficiently. I am very pleased with his work.
