Hello, my name is Connor Schimke!

As a homegrown Kansan, born and raised in Johnson County, I am very proud of my home community and those who live within it. While growing up, I always enjoyed working with my hands. Whether it be building something new from scratch or rejuvenating something used by returning it back to a new life. As a third-generation Jayhawk, I attended the University of Kansas, earning dual degrees in Economics and Business Analytics, leading to a stint in the corporate world where I could hone skills analyzing sales, marketing, and operations. While I love using math and analytics to solve business problems, I have continued to gain satisfaction from working in my own home and those of friends and family. Returning to my roots of restoring and reviving things otherwise forgotten and neglected. This continued fulfillment has led me to partner with Handyman Connection to launch Handyman Connection of Shawnee, where my team and I are dedicated to a people-centric approach to creating an amazing consumer experience to pass along the feeling of fulfillment and accomplishment to our community for any home project, big or small.
