With a foundation laid at the University of Arizona, where he graduated in 2005, he embarked on a journey managing and executing audit and cybersecurity engagements across the globe. After years of exploration, he returned to Arizona in June 2023 to invest in his cousin’s family business. His passions for traveling and golfing fill his free time. Yet, his true joy lies in planning remodeling projects with our valued customers and nurturing relationships with our trusted vendor partners. Growing up, he honed his skills in construction under his father's guidance, assisting with the renovation of residential properties he rented and managed. Now, he is dedicated to transforming spaces and creating meaningful connections within our community.
Mark Clay
Master Craftsman
Mark started at Handyman Connection in 2013. He grew up in Tucson and spent 33 years in Denver. He is a huge Denver Broncos fan. Mark has a large family, 4 kids and 7 grandkids. One of his daughters is serving in the US Navy stationed in San Diego attached to the USS Ronald Regan. Before coming to work for Handyman Connection, Mark spent 16 years as a general contractor in Denver. He specializes in remodeling with attention to the finish details. He loves to play golf at every oppurtunity and enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years and watching his grandkids play softball.

Ron started at Handyman Connection in 2013. He was Craftsman of the Year in 2016, and now mentors our craftsmen, works with customers and upholds our safety policies. Ron represents Handyman Connection’s core values and brand daily. He ensures our customers’ experience with us is top notch!

Ron grew up on the South-Side of Chicago and spent almost 60 years there. Ron has 3 girls, all still living in Chicago. Ron received a bachelor degree in electronic technology in 1986 and worked for the Chicago Transit Authority from 1988-2020. Ron’s specialty is Electrical work. When Ron isn’t working he’s taking care of his dogs, his “honey” Petra and loves to golf in his spare time, he even has his Golf Teaching Professional from the United States Golf Association (USGA).
David DePaul
Master Craftsman
Originally from the Midwest, David relocated to Peoria 13 years ago. He started at Handyman Connection in 2015. His favorite part about living in Arizona “Weather, outdoors, and natural beauty of the state”. David has 3 boys and likes to bike, hike and play tennis to keep in shape. David has an eye for design and is a master carpenter. David’s customer tell us he’s easygoing, respectful, honest and most importantly, he pays attention to detail.
Greg Hancock
Project Manager
Greg started with Handyman Connection in September of 2017. Greg’s main skills are in carpentry, drywall, and finish work. He also does plumbing, electrical, tile and painting. He’s an excellent craftsman and has a great touch with his customers. Originally from New Mexico, Greg has lived in Phoenix since 2000 and when he’s not working, he’s spending time with his 3 kids.
Wiley Jones

Wiley has lived in Arizona for 39 years, having moved to the state to enjoy its unique climate, geology, flora, and fauna. He appreciates how Arizona offers a blend of landscapes that feel like small pieces of the other 49 states. A proud Arizonan, Wiley attended high school here and has deep roots in the community, with family, kids, grandkids, and pets. His passion for craftsmanship started early, inspired by childhood toys like Lincoln Logs and Legos and assisting his parents with various projects. Over time, this interest grew into a career in construction, where his specialty lies in underwater basket weaving and construction management. Wiley excels at problem-solving, often taking on projects that require creativity and innovation. He finds the most joy in his work when it’s rewarding and fun, helping homeowners turn their vision into reality. Nicknamed "Wiley Coyote," he takes immense pride in his work and loves assisting clients in making their ideas come to life. Whether through meticulous attention to detail or creative problem-solving, Wiley's dedication to helping homeowners achieve their goals is at the heart of everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the diverse beauty of Arizona. Above all, Wiley is most proud of his family, which continues to be his personal source of pride and joy.

Ken has lived in Arizona for about 2 years, moving here to be close to his family. He started at Handyman Connection in 2016. He currently resides in Phoenix. He loves “pretty much everything” about living in Arizona. Ken has 2 children and 3 grandchildren, including twin granddaughters who just recently turned a year old! His hobbies include playing guitar, reading and woodworking, which he enjoys doing in his spare time. Ken attributes his becoming a craftsman to his father, who introduced him to the trades. His specialty trade work is carpentry, but he is also proficient in drywall and plumbing. He most likes seeing the results of his efforts when completing a project. He prides himself on his attention to detail, honestly and cleanliness. He is most proud of his wife and children.

Tony has lived in Arizona for 16 years now, moving from Colorado for work and to be near family. He has been in the construction business for 20 years and was introduced to the trades by his father. He started at Handyman Connection in 2017. His trade specialties are carpentry, plumbing and electrical. He currently resides in the Phoenix area. His favorite part of living in Arizona is the golfing! Tony has 3 daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and fishing. His favorite aspect of the job is that he gets to do different things each day. Tony is most proud of his quality craftsmanship at work, and his wife and kids in his personal life.
Jonathan Gregory

Jonathan started as a Craftsman with Handyman Connection back in 2013. Jonathan brings over 25 years of trade experience to job and he’s a great people-person. Growing up in Kentucky, Jonathan learned the value of a hard day’s work as he worked alongside his Dad remodeling schools. He’s also spent time in New Mexico and enjoys traveling frequently – his wife, Rosie works for Alaskan Airlines and when he’s not working, he’s most likely traveling or volunteering at his church. Jonathan’s easy-going nature and knowledge of the trades are what sets him apart from the rest.

Chris is a proud Phoenix native who has called the Valley of the Sun home for 47 years. Family is everything to him; he has two kids, aged 18 and 16, and two dogs that keep him busy. His tight-knit family is at the heart of everything he does, and he cherishes spending time with them, whether it's traveling, watching sports, or just hanging out. With 20 years of experience as a general contractor, he finds the work fascinating and rewarding. Helping others realize their dreams is what drives him, and he takes pride in treating every project as if it were his own house. One of his greatest joys is forming lasting relationships with his clients, and he’s especially proud of the return customers who trust him to help bring their visions to life again and again. What he’s most proud of in his work is the ability to bring his vision to life, crafting pieces that are both beautiful and practical. Raised in the seclusion of Idaho's mountains, he developed a knack for getting things done and solving problems with inventive solutions, skills he now applies to his craft in the bustling cityscape. Despite his love for the wilderness, he finds solace in meticulously perfecting the finishing touches of his projects, a testament to his unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Jacob, or Jake as his friends call him, is a 21-year-old Arizona native who enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle. He has a loyal Pitbull-Husky mix named Shadow, and when he's not spending time with his dog, he's often riding quads, shooting guns, or hanging out with his girlfriend of six years. Growing up, Jacob was inspired by his dad, who worked in HVAC, and he always admired the hands-on skills his father passed down. This sparked Jacob’s interest in masonry, where he enjoys lifting heavy materials and solving problems. What he loves most about his job is the opportunity to learn something new every day and tackle new challenges. Jacob is most proud of his commitment to always expanding his knowledge and skill set. Easygoing and approachable, Jake is known as a nice guy who's always open to conversation. He values both personal growth and the chance to make a real impact in his work.

His marriage to a remarkable woman serves as a source of inspiration, as she brings out the best in him and propels him towards being a better person every day. He enjoys living in Arizona, especially because of the beautiful weather and the close-knit family he has built here. A fan of American football, Dorin finds time to unwind by watching games in his free time. In his professional life, Dorin specializes in granite / quartz / quartzite / marble fabrication work. He takes great pride in his craft, always striving to complete each job with precision and care. His favorite part of the job is seeing a project finished to perfection and knowing that the customer is satisfied.
