In October 2025 our contractor walked off the job after installing the wrong material that wasn’t resistant to the weather he tore apart. The gutters left all the material in the middle of the yard. He walked off the job and did not come back. He was asking for more money without completing the roof. We had no idea what we were going to do and that is when I reach out to Kori the owner of Handyman. He could tell how stressed we were. he explained that if we didn’t get the porch covered what would happen with the material being exposed to the weather he immediately covered the porch with a tarp and begin working with the proper materials and helping us reach the design that we originally wanted. He installed a tile floor. He added T 11 panels in between the rafter’s so I could keep the Raptors exposed to achieve the look I wanted With the original plans. I can’t tell you how relieved we were to receive such professional care and craftsmanship that we will never use another contractor moving forward so if you’re looking for a small project or a remodel, this is the person I would recommend hands-down to anyone I have ever met.

Chris saved my year! I'm in the middle of selling my house, and the home inspection uncovered some major issues with my deck and front porch. He cleaned-up work performed by another contractor on the deck. His pride in delivering a professional product was evident in the results. When it came to the porch, Chris identified that the original instillation was missing important concrete work for the posts which was contributing to the problem. He, with the assistance of another teammember, was able to put the post in concrete for much needed support, and they added additional support for the floor boards. The porch is now level again and ready for the new owner's future enjoyment. The professional pride and technical skill Chris possesses was clearly visible his work. We had a fairly large renovation including tearing up old carpet and putting down nice laminate wood floors. We also had new tile and new toilets installed in both bathrooms as well as repair work to our crawl space. We got what we thought was a reasonable quote, and work began about three weeks later. Curtis, Austin and Jason were the three that pulled the old carpet and laid the flooring. They were fantastic! Curtis was a perfectionist and made sure everything was done correctly! We had a few snags with the tiling, but the owners, Kori and Stan made sure that things were corrected and that in the end we were satisfied. When they ran into problems with the old sub flooring, they were able to deal with them and fixed the sub flooring to make it stronger and safer! We were really satisfied with all of the results, and we highly recommend them for any renovations you might need! We had used them previously for repairing and staining our deck. We were very pleased with this as well!

This company did an amazing job with my projects. Curtis was so efficient, professional and friendly while completing my projects for me. I highly recommend using this business for your project needs. He removed drapery and filled in holes in drywall, rehung the drapery and hung art and mirrors also.
