Had a great first experience with HC. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and got the job done. Link, the office manager, followed up with me on a regular basis to make sure we were on the same page, and Vinny did great work along with communicating regularly as well. I will be referring HC to friends and using them again for any handyman needs.

We had 3 projects. New front porch stairs, strengthen our outside AC surround, replace 3 ft fence part. Alec’s quote was accurate and did not have to wait but a few days to start. Jim did the work and was very professional and friendly. Business $$ was done thru Link who was friendly and made it easy. 5 stars!

We just had a fireplace remodel done in our home and we give Handyman Connection 5 stars. Aside from it turning out more beautiful than we imagined, the staff was extremely professional and easy to work with. From Link who was so helpful on the phone to Alec who managed the project ….Lance who did the gorgeous work and Trevor the owner who was hands on at the end to make sure everything was just right! We have found our go to for all handy services from now on!! Highly recommend!

I am moving from my apartment to a new home I bought in Summerville, S.C. I want to give a shout out to the following men for their professionalism, great customer service, quality of their work, and for being on time. Link professionally helped with setting up the dismount of the TV and mount, plastering, repairing, and painting of the wall. He negotiated a rate that was affordable. Nick came to my apartment, was professional, even helped my apartment complex with getting the paint to me, carried my TV down a flight of stairs, and put it in my car for me, his workmanship was awesome, could not even tell where the mount had been after he plastered, and painted the wall. Joseph met me at my new home in Summerville, was very professional, workmanship was awesome as well, his measurements for setting up the remount was great, and to our satisfaction. Joe went out to my car, brought in my TV, climbed a flight of stairs, and hung the TV on the mount he previously installed. Joe even asked questions, after the remount and placement of our TV, to ensure that the TV was right where we wanted it before he left our home. I want to point out, in this new world we live in, where customer service is not like it use to be, these men are an example of what great customer service use to be, and hopefully by their example will pioneer the way for all excellent customer service in the future!
