Gentleman doing work was excellent - knew his stuff and pleasant to work with. Time got changed the day before work was to be completed but fortunately I was able to rearrange on my end otherwise we would have had to reschedule. We paid that day but then received 2 emails about paying the invoice and being late to pay. I realize these are likely auto generated but not appreciated when we paid promptly.

In so far as i know Jim did a fairly good job and the attic door now seems to be working better that it did.. a little expensive but nevertheless it got done and we appreciate you sending James ( Jim ) out to fix the problem.. I, however, did not get a receipt from your company yet.. I am waiting for you to send it to me... how long will it takes to get a receipt from you ?.. that's the only complaint you get... no receipt
