I flew in from out of state to have a timer wired to control the outside lights at our family home. I scheduled the 9:00 an.m. appointment a week in advance. The night before the appointment, I received a voicemail that it had to be canceled due to an emergency. When I called the next morning to inquire what would happen, Alex offered to reschedule it for the following week. I explained my situation, that I would be flying home the next day and he seemed very sympathetic. He told me he would try to juggle some things and call me back. When he called a few minutes later, he said they’d be sending someone at 12:30 that day. One of their supervisors arrived on time and ready to get the job done. Ivan was cordial, competent, knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been nicer. He wrapped it all up in an hour. Alex and Ivan live customer service. I will be sure to use them the next time we need something done. HIGHLY recommended!

Handyman Connection of Hamilton is a Excellent, friendly service from start to finish. I am disabled and needed a new stove moved into my house and old one taken out. Raymond and his son were friendly and professional. Thank you for your help.

I highly recommend Handyman Connection. Robert Jones did a great job replacing my dryer vent efficiently and with a good attitude. They fit me in at the end of the day and worked around my work schedule. Every one I dealt with had great customer service. I definitely will use them again in the future.

Ivan, Robert Jones & Julian were excellent. We had several things done at our residence, both inside and outside. They were able to do it all! End result was better than we expected. Don't let the word "Handyman" fool you, they are far more. We would definitely recommend these guys!

Nathan Evans did a great job making sure that they had everything to put the gazebo up . I got home at 3 pm and watched both guys working on it. At 5 pm the other guy took off saying he can't work past 5 and the job wasn't finished. Nathan spent another 2 hrs finishing up the job and spent a lot of time looking for parts he needed to get it done . Some of the parts he used were not in the instructions . The parts for holding in the the hooks for the curtains and screens ,the instructions in the book were very vague but he figured it out and finished the job at 7 pm. Thanks for sending this guy out to do this job, the other 2 guys weren't that good.

Robert handled our ceiling drywall replacement masterfully. The attention to detail was amazing, you cant even tell it was damaged before. Great work!

Nathan Evans did a terrific job building a side gate, cleaning gutters and some other assorted jobs. He kept at everything until it was just right and then cleaned up after himself. He was also nice and conscientious about not disturbing me while I worked at home. Highly recommend!
