Very easy communication. They did what we agreed on, when we agreed on and for the price we agreed on. I could not be happier! Although this was a tiny project, everyone at Handyman Connection made us feel like this was as important to get right as if I was doing some huge renovation. This is kind of a work in progress. The first part of our project was to have some pretty extensive pressure washing and paint scraping to be able to determine what further work would need to be done. The pressure washing tech, Jordan, was right on time and worked a solid 4 hours per the estimate and Chris came out to inspect what would need to be done going forward. We have accepted the estimate for the repairs and painting to be done and are now waiting for them to get us on the schedule and proceed. While the work is fairly expensive, I am expecting that it will be done well and well worth it. That said, stage one went quite well.

We have been planning a bathroom upgrade for years and couldn’t get any contractors to respond or show up. Handyman Connection came out same day as we requested to review the project and then got us an estimate right away. Once we okayed the very reasonable estimate, they scheduled the work. They notified us when they would be there and who would show up and they communicated any exceptions they found immediately. They were neat and clean and resourceful. We are so very happy with our new bathroom and the work Handyman Connection did. The project was a delight from beginning to end! We look forward to using them for our next project(s).
