I didn't have to wait long for an appointment - I had unexpected delays with the appliance I was waiting for and had to reschedule a couple of times. Lynn in the office was very understanding and was able to rebook no problem. When the appliance eventually did arrive, they were able to send someone within a few days. I'm very pleased with the result.

Mark installed an OTR microwave, a timer switch, and a new doorbell for me. He arrived on time and was friendly and polite. Of the three tasks, the one I thought would be the easiest (the doorbell) turned out to be the most troublesome - nothing to do with Mark’s ability, it was just a particularly fussy model to work with. But Mark was diligent in seeing that the work was done and everything was working as it should before he left. I’m very pleased with the results and would recommend and use your service again.
