Robert Jones did an outstanding job of repairing our basement bathroom ceiling in a timely manner. He was very tidy, even with the removal of the old ceiling. I would highly recommend Robert Jones for this type of work and would ask for him for any future work.

I flew in from out of state to have a timer wired to control the outside lights at our family home. I scheduled the 9:00 an.m. appointment a week in advance. The night before the appointment, I received a voicemail that it had to be canceled due to an emergency. When I called the next morning to inquire what would happen, Alex offered to reschedule it for the following week. I explained my situation, that I would be flying home the next day and he seemed very sympathetic. He told me he would try to juggle some things and call me back. When he called a few minutes later, he said they’d be sending someone at 12:30 that day. One of their supervisors arrived on time and ready to get the job done. Ivan was cordial, competent, knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been nicer. He wrapped it all up in an hour. Alex and Ivan live customer service. I will be sure to use them the next time we need something done. HIGHLY recommended!

Robert did a great job on our door frame - it looks like new! He was able to get the job done in one day, and the final cost was pretty much spot the estimate. He was also very courteous and easy to work with - would definitely recommend him again. Thank you!

I highly recommend Handyman Connection. Robert Jones did a great job replacing my dryer vent efficiently and with a good attitude. They fit me in at the end of the day and worked around my work schedule. Every one I dealt with had great customer service. I definitely will use them again in the future.
