Should I Schedule A Yearly Home Inspection?

Most homeowners can agree that regular maintenance is important to keep their home in tiptop shape. What does a home inspection include?

An inspection report is a top to bottom report or assessment of your home. A professional inspector will complete a visual inspection of the property including all main systems. Inspection items include:

  • Structural components
  • Exterior features like walkways and driveways
  • The roof and its system
  • Electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems
  • Interior features like the walls, ceilings, windows, and doors
  • Insulation and ventilation
  • Fireplaces
