Handyman Connection Winnipeg has been a proud sponsor of the Rotary Club of Winnipeg West Chicken Fest for over 20 years! 2016 was the 65th Annual Chicken Fest and resulted in record proceeds.
Over the past eight years proceeds from Chicken Fest have been primarily used to support various programs at the Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation, including being a leading donor for the new SSCY (Specialized Services for Children & Youth) facility in the refurbished, iconic Christies Biscuits building on Notre Dame Avenue. . As one of the leading corporate contributors to Chicken Fest, Handyman Connection Winnipeg feels very proud of their contribution towards the support of this incredible facility and in particular of their support of the Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation. Through the contributions of all our staff and all of our craftsmen we are making a significant difference in the lives of children living with special needs and challenges in their lives.
