Handyman Connection of Ottawa built a 3-step wooden staircase in my backyard. I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I was amazed at the way the workers slogged through mud and heavy rain to complete my project in half a day! They were on time and communicated clearly. I would absolutely recommend this company.

the Gate of my fence started sagging and cause part of the fence to lean the wrong making it difficult to close or open. Mohamed came and fixed it by making the gate smaller and adding a post and a section of fence. The work was done fast and with professionalism. Excellent work and since it was raining the day he was suppose to do the work he came and completed the work on a Sunday.

My "Caftsman", Erik, got in touch with me on his way to my house to let me know when he would arrive and to let me know that he had found better equipment on sale at the hardware store. He arrived in a timely manner and began planning how he would mount the grab bar in our shower stall according to our needs. He brought all the tools that he needed and finished the job very much to my satisfaction. The grab bar is solid as a rock. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the job that was done. Erik is a skilled Craftsman who is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and he is a very sociable and personable guy. I highly recommend Handyman Connection based on this experience.In my experience the bar seems to be perfectly installed. The charge for this job was commensurate with what other tradesmen would be charging. I am happy that there is a company standing behind this work.
