Mitchell from Handyman connection did a great job in replacing a bathroom fan. He discovered an issue with the ventilation pipe. He explained the issue clearly to me and recommended a solution. He also replaced the weatherstripping on the front door. An issue did develop but with Mitchell's quick problem solving skills, came up with a resolution that worked. He was very professional, personable and polite. Thank you Mitchell. I will be using this company again.

Tracy was our craftsman. She was fabulous in recaulking around a bathtub and a kitchen sink. She was on time, within budget, and very professional. She was very personable and easy to communicate with. She explained exactly what she was to do and kept me informed. Her work was neat and she left everything in a very clean condition. Handyman connect was great to work with. I love the text option to share details on jobs when I’m busy with work meetings during regular hours. They solved the issue promptly, gave me a quote in advance and overall were very accommodating.

As with projects, sometimes you have to work around something unexpected, like things not being exactly square. Josh easily solved the little challenges and consulted me to be sure Iunderstoodthe issue and agreed with his solution. He was always in good humor and pleasant to interact with. I would definitely request him again in the future.

Look, this is a 5 star review, well-earned, but it could have been a 1 star IF they'd done something differently so read on. It's not a negative review at all. Basically, they did a repair of my pocket door, seemed good at the time, but the door fell off in less than 6 months. The door was under warranty though, so we called them back. After a bit of a problem with the guy they called in initially, they actually called in a second guy who did it up quick, high quality work, saved us a lot of money in replacement costs and honoured their warranty completely. Fixed free of charge and quick. I will use these guys again if something else breaks, no question. They were very polite over the phone and even the manager or foreman or director or whatever came to my house to appraise the situation personally when there was a concern over the warranty. All at HC were very professional and polite. Though they are busy, so get in quick!
