Project Pride Submission – Washroom and Landry room Remodel

Remodeling to make better use of this homes space with Handyman Connection of Victoria.

The first was a complete Washroom and Laundry room Redesign.

This project included the removing of all flooring, digging up the existing concrete and basically lowering the floor level to below grade to accommodate this client’s 6’7 nephew, which we were happy to oblige.  We then installed a marine style shower and toilet unit with a macerating pump as we could not tie into existing drainage system. We relocated the 220V for dryer and water lines for the washing machine and built a divider wall to separate the washroom area from the newly relocated laundry room and the bulkheads, sump pit, etc…

The other photos are of additional services for the same client who wanted to convert a workshop into a living room and finish his utility room.
We removed all work benches and related items, then floated and leveled the concrete for new laminate flooring. Additional items needed, we added 120 plugs, fixture, paint and trim to give it an appealing finished look.

In the furnace room we simply boxed in the furnace, hot water tank, new sub floor and laminate to match the living room.
