We recently hired Handyman Connection of Spring to remodel two guest bathrooms, and the entire experience from beginning to completion was excellent! All the administration and coordination was handled by Brie, including scheduling the initial estimate, invoicing, payments, fielding all of our many questions, check-ins to see how the job was going and making sure everything was going as scheduled. Working with Brie was a delight! She is very professional, quick to respond, caring and always made sure we were satisfied with each and every step of the process. Brie scheduled our free estimate, and Josh came out, took pictures and measured both bathrooms. Aaron prepared the estimate, which came in at a very competitive price, about 1/3 of the amount we received from a competitor. The actual work was done by Josh and Robert (Bob) - these two were FANTASTIC! Josh was the foreman who kept us informed during the entire process. The team arrived every morning promptly at the time they stated, always let us know when they were leaving for lunch or supply runs, took great care in protecting the non-construction areas with plastic and drop clothes, cleaned up before leaving our home each day, and prior to leaving for the day, Josh briefed us on what was done that day, what the plan was for the next day, and what time they would arrive the next day. The team's craftsmanship was excellent! They took great care in making sure each step of the process was completed to our satisfaction. The entire team at Handyman Connection of Spring is excellent and we are ecstatic with the results! We have used two other companies to remodel our master bath and our kitchen - the kitchen project was a nightmare. Working with this team, Brie, Aaron, Josh and Bob, from start to finish was wonderful! They are such a great team! The technician (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) arrived on time and fixed our drain problem within a few minutes. He explained the issue so we could correct it ourselves in the future. He was tidy and left no mess. I recommend Handyman Connection.
