Our home repairman team bring years of experience to Handyman Connection. Many have extensive backgrounds in construction, home repair, remodeling and other handyman services. Their goal is for Handyman Connection to provide its customers with excellent workmanship and superior customer service.

Garrett B.

Carpenter

One of our 1st employees since the franchise kicked off, Garret is our Captain America. Anyone who has the pleasure of meeting him knows immediately the professionalism he puts into his presence and his home repair work. He was actually supposed to become a lawyer but life has a funny way of changing up. Following in both his Grandfather’s steps as carpenters, Garrett made a change from white to blue collar. His primary trade circles around custom / remodel and build-in carpentry but he is familiar with some minor plumbing and a lot of frame to finish work. His vision for a job is cleanliness and neatness making sure it’s as perfect as it can be. If Garrett is not covered in sawdust somewhere you can find him either hunting, fishing or golfing. He is Also attached to the hip by his daughter. Garret fits all descriptions around the word MAN whether its working, family or handy.

Glenn K.

Carpenter

A jack of all trades but a master in finish work, Glenn Kingsbury is the guy you’re looking for to handle your home improvements. One of our best carpenters, Glenn had started doing carpentry before he even finished high school (while working on a chicken farm of over 14,000 chickens) and had a great feeling that swinging the hammer was something he could do. 48 years later, Glenn remains an intellectual in all aspects of carpentry and sees no reason in stopping. Glenn believes in the saying measure twice but do it right the first time on every job and also in his life. He believes in making sure that a job is left in pristine condition and the customer being more than satisfied. When he’s not on the job, Glenn is an outdoorsman and can be found near water fishing. Age is nothing for Glenn and believes he’ll be doing this for the long haul.

Ken S.

Carpenter

If there’s anyone who believes a house should be a home, it’s our carpenter Ken. He has a love for all home improvement and getting the job done right for you. Carpentry has been in Ken’s blood and it shows since he started at the age of 13 starting off laboring for his uncles business and from there his craft has been developed and honed to an expert level of anything to do with indoor/outdoor work for your home. When Ken isn’t fixing your home projects and using his skills, you can find him outdoors doing anything and everything like hunting, fishing and even taking very long hikes to get a gander at nature. Ken is ready to work for you!

Mark B.

Carpenter

A man of many skills, you will find Mark working on anything to do with a home from frame to finish. A master of carpentry and enjoys some light electric and tiling work, Mark has been focused in the trades since he attended college and decided it wasn’t the best fit for him and the blue collar was more appealing. He began working with his uncle in Maine who built house boats and from there he continued his craft. He moved and commuted to and from Marthas Vineyard for a whole 10 years working on house boats before he made the change to start making houses on the ground. His interest in carpentry peaked and he has been going ever since. Mark believes in making sure the customer gets exactly what they want and continues to show a great attention to detail and all-around great presence whenever he’s on a job. When he’s not working on fixing your home improvements, you will find Mark near a body of water with a fishing pole in hand. Mark was also received a life surprise by becoming a father and he’s loving that as much as he loves his work.

Grellan K.

Plaster / Drywall

Do you have a drywall or plaster disaster? Then you will need to talk with our craftsman, Grellan. He is considered a jack of all trades but an ace with dealing with plaster / drywall issues for your home or business. With over 30 years of experience in both the US and Ireland, Grellan started out with his brother in his mid-teens. He spent his first years painting but he felt the need that he wanted to be better at something and shortly after the plaster trade fell right in his hands. From there he has been constantly fixing issues and beginning new options for peoples home and business. Grellan believes there’s only 1 way to do plaster work and that’s the right way. He has an incredible eye for making your renovations looking beautiful and he’s ready to start working for you today! If he’s not working hard, you will find Grellan either with his friends and family or on a golf course constantly trying to beat his personal bests. Grellan would be a great asset for your first steps of starting a room.

Farah G.

Plumber

On our roster since June of 2019, Farah is our top-notch plumber and customers can’t say enough good about her! She worked the white-collar life as manager for 5 years… it wasn’t what she wanted. Soon after, she stumbled across Plumbing by an 80 year old neighbor of hers who asked ask her if she wanted to work for him. She was intrigued to see what kept this man hooked to want to still work and be happy about it. She realized the joy soon after and its been a wrap since. Farah is also amazing as a painter and handling small finish work. She loves the freedom of being with Handyman Connection and the work we get. Her work ethic relies heavily on representation and taking a great pride in her work. When she’s not in the trenches, Farah loves anything to do with the outdoors especially hiking. She is also starting to find a knack for refinishing furniture. A true asset to the company, Farah is ready to work for you today!
