We have always enjoyed the work of the Handyman Connection tradespeople. Our daughter Rebekah looks after our revenue properties and I guess I sort of jumped ahead of her while she was making arrangements for the leak at one of our homes. We got a very quick response by email and on the phone, and Justin came to give us a quote in only a few days, which was very quick. His price was competitive with other quotes we got. I would have liked to see more detail in the quote, outlining exactly what would be done. We discussed that the stain job entails sanding, staining, sanding, staining, installation by the window builders, nail filling, top coating with lacquer. The quote only said, "Stain jambs", and without any details, I didn't feel like we came to a mutual understanding of exactly what the job entailed. In the end, we went with someone who was a personal referral from a friend. If we had not had this personal referral, we would have come back to you asking for a more detailed quote. Overall, I thought the experience with your company was professional and I will reach out to you in the future, if I have anything that needs working on.
