We contracted with Handyman Connection of Parker to remove the top row of glass blocks in a shower area. They sent an excellent and enthusiastic technician who conscientiously spent an hour working to do this job. Neither he or I had any idea of the difficulty of removing glass blocks without damaging lower levels of blocks. He was very courteous and spent much time ensuring that the resulting dust and debris was vacuumed up. Ultimately it was decided that the job was much more of a challenge than had been anticipated and was grossly underbid. Mike refunded the full amount of our deposit. I will defiantly use Handyman Connection of Parker in a future project, hopefully one that would not be so difficult.
