I liked your craftsman. Your estimate was on the high cost side, but the two project estimates combined averaged out to acceptable. I rejected your proposal, because of your adversarially litigious legalese in the contract. I found it offensive; you should read it yourself as though you were considering being a signatory to a contract that should, in my opinion, reflect a partnership between craftsman and property owner. Again, I liked your craftsman, and I thought he knew what he was doing; he presented himself well. Had it not been for the negative impression of the contract, I would likely have hired him.
