I appreciated the referral for an electrician when it was noted that there was no licensed electrician available through Handyman at the time of my call. I did contact Blue Water Electric and they sent Scott. He was able to do the job and even advised me that I should get a plumber to check something (not knowing that I was already planning to do that). I called back to Handyman for a plumber and Bernard Cipriano came to finish off the plumbing work. Both men were professional, courteous, and even wore masks due to Covid. This team, and especially Pamela, did a great job for us with replacing our mailbox. This is especially helpful since this is a short term rental and we are not currently in Charleston. I have used this group multiple times and they have never let us down. Prices are fair and staff is great. I'll be using them again, you should too. Neely

I had a deck replaced and it was a good experience. The office manager? Pamela was helpful and friendly. The crew was on time and efficient. After the job was finished, the office manager called to make sure I was happy with the work. That definitely made my experience pleasant from start to finish. As far as costs go, if you want to maybe pay less money by using other contractors, I’d say go with the handyman Connection. It’s worth it. Thank you
