Mycah
Craftsman
Mycah is a native of Georgia and spent his formative years as a resident of Cobb County. Marietta has been home for many years as he graduated from Lassiter High School and Southern Polytechnic University. After a BS in architecture, he furthered his career with an internship in 3-D modeling. During this experience, he began to understand that though he could design construction projects he knew very little about the hands-on trade side of the building industry. He left his job, bought a small piece of land, and began to build his own home from scratch. After 5 years he has a house he built himself and a wealth of practical knowledge and skill on the technical side of the construction process. During this time, he also worked with one of the largest multi-family renovation and restoration companies in the U.S. Mycah has a natural eye for details, and the ability to carefully solve problems and issues on home improvement projects. Handyman Connection of Marietta is the big benefactor if Mycah’s skills and experience, and we are excited to offer his expertise to Marietta and greater Cobb County.
Roy
Craftsman
Roy was born and raised in Northern California where he was fortunate enough to have a grandfather and father that were master carpenters and builders. Growing up in the trades he learned early how to work and work well with his hands. As a young man he worked as a carpenter in The San Francisco Bay area. While living and working in The Bay area he studied at a local trade school where he completed a four-year degree in carpentry with a concentrations in interior trim and finishes. After several years of building in The Bay area Roy moved from California to Arkansas where he became a licensed general contractor in that state. After years of building homes, interior trim, bath, kitchen and cabinet renovations it was time for one more change. Roy and his wife moved to canton, GA where he had good friends and felt he had a future. We are pleased Roy is working with us and our customer base here in Cobb County. Roy has a passion for music and performing, playing guitar all over the county. He has four albums and many recording sessions under his belt as well as an extensive collection of instruments.
Tommy
Craftsman
Tommy grew up surrounded by family in the building industry. He learned early from his grandfather, father, and an uncle or two, or anyone else that would take the time to teach him. At 16 he designed his first deck and functioned as the general contractor and lead carpenter for that project. He worked with family during high school and served in the US Army for four years before continuing his trade education. After more than 15 years of experience Tommy brings his skills and talent to our team. He has made an impression with many of our clients and projects. We believe he can take care of any project you might have around your home.
