Eric was truly the voice of experience! I had a leaking window, and Eric found the source of the leak with no trouble, even though it was coming from a different place than it appeared. He repaired the leak and assured me that it had not caused any structural damage. My neighborhood got heavy rain last week, and the window did not leak at all!

Eric was extremely knowledgeable in finding the cause of a window leak that could have damaged my home. This leak baffled repair people for years and always re-appeared when I thought it was solved, but Eric diagnosed it correctly. He found the cause of the problem and solved it--there is no substitute for real-world experience!
