Growing up around the farm Chad was exposed to an ongoing list of projects to help out, from fixing fences to building corrals, sheds, shelters and other random construction projects. Repairs around the home were performed by family and he was always keen to help out.
Fast forward to his adult years and Chad carried on the skills learned earlier in life. After renovating his first home, including framing, drywalling, flooring, tiling, electrical, counters, painting, landscaping and building a fence and a shed. He saw the rewards of his work and purchased another two consecutive homes and renovated them. Soon family and friends were requesting him to perform various odd jobs around their homes and all were completed to their satisfaction.
In 2009 Chad decided to expand his work and started to advertise his handyman skill and quickly landed a contract with a property management company servicing 17 different properties for them on regular basis, completing everything from minor fixes to full suite renovations.
In late 2010 Chad was presented with a career opportunity that changed his focus from full time handyman work taking it back to causal work performing odd jobs as his schedule afforded.
