Great communication, transparent pricing, timely arrival and duration of work performed. What more could you ask for. We needed to skim coat and paint the last of the dreaded popcorn ceilings during our remodel. Milton was very prompt in responding to any questions we had and thorough in getting as much info as possible to give an accurate job description. We had other contractors in for cabinetry and countertops and scheduling conflicts were expected. Our technician Milton was flexible, easy to work with and ensured he had a clear understanding of our expectations before starting work. When he was finished, he made sure to go over everything he did and any follow-up instructions. Were given peace of mind knowing our handyman had years of experience, had been background checked and that the work was done efficiently and professionally.

We have used handyman connection a few times and were satisfied with the work each time. We had Gene twice and he cared very much about the quality of his work and cleaned up any drywall dust from floors and furniture after mounting window treatments and bookshelves. He was friendly, courteous, and always made sure to check in with us during the job. Overall, would recommend handyman connection.

Overall I've been pleased. Seems like they are committed to customer service, work done has been good and the price was reasonable. We are on the subscription plan and so you don't get the same handyman each time and there is definetly varying levels of experience amongst the different handymen, but overall it has worked out fine. I was very happy with Milton especially.
